“Approximately six months ago I started physical therapy after a couple months of recovery from neck surgery. As I started the physical therapy, all I could think about was that my body would never feel normal again. I was unable to walk and do normal physical activity on a day-to-day basis. Physical Therapy Specialists started me out with many different stretches for my back and neck. They have listened to my concerns throughout my visits and have helped to correct them. At each of my visits, they consistently ask how I’m doing and where I feel pain, if any. I have felt a significant improvement since I started and over the last couple weeks, Physical Therapy Specialists has changed my program to a more physical workout.
